Abhinav V, is another successful IT Professional mentored by InFI. He joined InFI  from Bangalore, after completing his Engineering from RV College of Engineering. InFI mentored Abhinav to be a Oracle developer.

InFI identified his interest over ERP  and web based applications. He was menotred in SQL, PLSQL and D2K. After successful completion of  InFI program he was  deployed in 3I-Infotech. In 3I Infotech he supported and maintain PREMIA application suit for insurance vertical. Primary work is mostly on PL/SQL (bug fixing, performance optimization & product enhancement).

Abhinav is experienced in PHP, Java, ASP, Adobe Air & Titanium. His expertise in Database Mangement systems include MySql, Postgresql & Sqlite apart from Oracle. He is also experienced in Forms & Reports (6i, 9i, 10g).

He currently works for Nettpositive as Technical lead and is close to complete 3 years with the company.

InFI Success Story 048 – Dinakar

Dinakar – InFI UI Developer

Dinakar Reddy Tumu, an optimistic, hardworking Engineering graduate by qualification completed his B.Tech IT from Hindustan engineering college. He was mentored to become a Web-application developer at InFi between January 2013 and June 2013.

Dinakar was trained in PHP and other UI languages and tools. He followed mentors guidence meticulously at InFI and built expertise in web development to become a seasoned developer in a very short time.

The exposure gained from InFI and the professional working environment motivated him to pursue higher education in overseas. Currently Dinakar is studying MS IT in United States with one of the esteemed university.

Ram – InFI Professional

Ramabirmam K S, joined InFI’s first  “IT Support Engineer” professionalization program in 2009.  All the members of this batch have successful careers at various leading IT services companies.  Ram is currently working for Cognizant Technology Solutions as a Senior System Executive.

Ram  a sincere and hardworking individual with highest degree of commitment is an asset for any organization, he works for. He worked on various IT support tasks at InFI and gained comprehensive skills to be an effective professional. He could manage Hardware, Network and Systems to achieve the highest availability levels at InFI during his mentoring period.

His special focus areas in IMS are Desktop setup, System troubleshoots, LAN setup, Router configuration and ITIL.

Ram continues to improve his skills on-job and outside. He cleared CISCO certification to become Cisco Certified Network Associate.

He further joined OriginITFS in 2009 as IT Infrastructure Support engineer and worked for couple of years before moving to MindTree as IMS Engineer.   InFI is proud of his career growth and wishes him great roles and bright future at Cognizant.

InFI Success Story 046 – Vijay R

Vijay – InFI’s Oracle Professional

Unbelievable but a real transformation, that’s what earned Vijay employment and an IT career.

One more success story from InFI. Simple and humble Vijay is now an experienced and successful Business Application Developer at 3I, with about 3 years’ experience to his credit.

Vijay, an Engineering graduate is selected and mentored at InFI by Asmitha and Maha on technology, personality and communications; with support and cooperation of  core team consisting of Sathya , Sasi, Rijil,and PV. The program lasted for about four months during fall 2011.

InFI’s sustained and all-rounded  development of software professional including personality and technical skills transformed Vijay  from a college fresher to a productive software developer. He is currently working as a developer at 3I Infotech in Chennai.

Vijay, a hardworking and committed individual with positive attitude was a member  of InFI’s 5^th batch D2K team of Oracle D2K technology, exclusively mentored for 3I Infotech. He made the whole team participate in learning process and collaborating on various activities at InFI.

Vijay  has built expertise on web Technology apart from generic client server skills like SQL, Oracle PL/SQL. He has worked with other software development tools like Oracle Developer Studio, Toad and MySQL.

Syed – InFI Professional

Syed Babu, a highly motivated, positive and matured young professional is one of InFI’s most admired team player. Syed has post graduation in computers from SASTRA university. InFI mentored Syed to be a Client Server and Oracle developer.

Syed is a professional musician too; his maturity is a reflection and manifestation of his expertise in classical music.

InFI identified and assembled a six member PowerBuilder client server team for 3I-Infotech banking projects’ team. Syed is one of the team member who brought expertise and leadership to the team. The team was mentored by Bala, PV and Deepak. Communication, general personality and professional skills were mentored by Maha for about four months. Syed’s interest in Application development particularly PowerBuilder coupled with mentors’ expertise resulted in upgraded experienced professional.

Syed had joined SuccessFactros to pursue Software testing as a career. He currently works for Yahoo through SuccessFactors. He is about to complete two years at SuccessFactors; InFI wishes him successful career in IT industry.

Syed’s expertise includes Software Quality Assurance, Testing, SoapUI, SaaS, SQL apart from PowerBuilder. He is deeply involved in Test Planning, Load Testing, Regression Testing and Backward Compatibility Testing.

Narasimha – InFI Pro

Narasimha Reddy M; gentle, ambitious, positive and hardworking Electronics and Communication engineering graduate of 2011 batch is part of InFI’s first Open source applications development team, mentored for ZANEC and Crayon’d during first quarter of 2013.

Narasimha ’s expertise include PHP, MySQL, LINUX, C, JavaScript, Jquery, Java and UI development. He is a member of Cryon’D User Experience team involved in Web application development applying the skills learnt at InFI. He was mentored by Hari Priya, Satheesh and PV supported by Sasi and Sathya. He has exposure to various other tools and utilities for database and Web application development on mobile and desktop environments.

Narasimha ’s software development skills and Open source application development expertise has earned him a position on Crayon’D project team as Software Engineer. He has already worked on important software development projects. InFI is confident Narasimha will exceed expectations of his employer, Crayon’D and build a great career for himself in IT industry.

InFI Success Story 043 – Srinivasan

Srinivasan – Business Analyst

Srinivasan L, post graduate in Finance and systems from SRM  – successfully transitioned to be a business analyst. He got career break to be part of Lending system implementation team as Business Analyst with InFI’s mentoring for the role.

InFI mentoring program helped Srinivasan and his team to become productive professionals to be part of 3I’s KASTLE implementation team with four months of intensive role specific skills development program.

InFI was just planning to create a team of entry level ERP and Business Analyst professionals for it’s multinational customers who have their own products.  Srinivasan responded to InFI’s invite to join the team in Aug 2011 and  took opportunity to get ready for the role available with 3I .  InFI’s ambitious youngsters from different backgrounds were mentored  on basic ERP functionality and the role of a Business Analyst in general. The primary focus for the program was Lending Business part of  Banking domain.

All the team members were given retail banking domain knowledge to understand various sub domains of Banking. Enterprise Systems like RODE, Orion, SAP and KASTLE Lending system were introduced to the team to understand the enterprise systems catering to various business domains.

Srinivasan was picked-up by 3I to support KASTLE implementation as a business analyst. His work is appreciated by the product and business heads of 3I, for his thoroughness in product and the domain knowledge of lending.

He has successfully completed 30 months of employment at 3I as Business Analyst .  InFI wishes him great career as Business Analyst.
